Eat to beat prostate cancer.

A healthy idea to think about:

Take the offensive against prostate cancer with a low-fat, high-fiber diet, which can help lower men’s risk of the disease. Your closest allies should be soybean and tomato products and vegetables such as broccoli and cabbage. Other factors in the fight may include vitamins D and E, the mineral selenium and green tea.

Sounds like sound advice to ward off any cancers.  We should all eat the plenty vegtables, fruits, high fiber and green tea.  And hey can all be fixed with plenty of flavor and mutliple ways so we don't tire of eating healthy.
I think mixing up recipes really can enhance your diets, sometimes we get in such a food rut and then we end up eating fast food and processed meals.
