    You on a Diet

    I am enjoying this book and glad I found out about it right here on Ignite. Since spring has arrived I am very active outside. But when its a rainy day I do some reading. I hope everyone from the fitness challenge is keeping up with their healthy routines!

    Hi Jane,

     Glad to hear you're enjoying the book. We're scheduled to hold the next book discussion on May 23 at noon ET. Hope to see you there. I don't know about everyone else but I'm trying hard to keep you my healthy routine this season because of allergies. I'm wishing for some rain to come my way to wash away all the pollen in the air.

    I finished the book 3 weeks ago and tried the diet. My husband lost 5 pounds and 1 inch in 2 weeks. The rest of the family is enjoying the food although my son wants much more meat than the "You on a Diet" menu offers. The most helpful part for my husband has been adjusting his eating patterns. He now eats snacks in the morning and afternoon. That helps him not eat so much at once. Now to get on an exercise rountine...
