    Tips for bathing suit season

    I am currently walking about 2 miles 5 days a week.  and just started  doing weight training seriously this week and the walking program seriously about 4 weeks ago.  I would say  before that I wasnt that serious about losing weight.  I have noticed major changes in my attitude, my energy level.  Just wanting some extra tips-whether it be concerning nutrition-some awesome exercises that you have or have done.

    Unfortunately, there is now way to spot reduce. Instead try eating a lower calorie diet and exercising a minimum of 3-4 times per week this will result in fat loss from all parts of your body. Weight training exercise can help build strength in those areas and help you lose inches. Pilates is good for toning the core - abs, back, bottom, and thighs.
