    Does anyone know how we can view the dollar amount credited towards our annual coinsurance out-of-pocket maximums?

    One way to view this information is through your Explaination of Benefits (EOB). You have the option to view your EOB online. To view your EOB online just go to My Account and then Claims and in the search results you can click on the View EOB button. Let me know if this helps.

    Is it just me or does anyone else have this issue too?  One way it would be helpful to view this info online for open-enrollment FSA amount elections.  I try to avoid calling or emailing cust. service if possible.
