    The Walking DVD

I found the walking DVDs by Leslie Sansone are really awesome.  It is a combination of walking and upper body exercise and you can walk anytime at home.

    Hope this helps.

I have a set of these it called "Walking away the pounds" I have the 1mile , 2mile and 3mile tapes they are great.  No excuse for bad weather. You can just pop one in and do whenever you have the time.  The time goes by really fast too, the 1mile tape only takes like 20 minutes to do.  Great workout in little time.  Smile [:)]

I don't know if you have a Wal-Mart store near where you live, but if you do I noticed they had some of the waling DVD's there too. They were in with the movies.

Walking is the best universal exercise

and does the most benefit. I find that

if I get home from work and I am worn

out, if I go out and walk 2 miles it rejuvenates

me. It is really weird. If I skip my walk I just

    get more tired.
