Well, as luck has it, I happen to know the person
" src="/emoticons/emotion-5.gif"> who helps to coordinate the DocTalk webcasts.
The good news is they have been very well received. All 5 sessions this year (except the one on smoking) were filled to capacity. We expected the smoking session to have lower attendance, though. What's more, the surveys presented to attendees immediately following the events have been very positive -- with a 100% of participants saying they would participate in future events if offered.
More good news - they will continue into 2007. Chances are there will be some of the same issues discussed as far as topics go -- but Dr. Mike is such a dynamic speaker, he makes every session interesting and relevent. Plus, we will strive to keep the content fresh.
Quick tip: the next one is December 20th and focuses on preventive care and what you can do now to prevent future health issues. That info, tied to your Lumenos plan preventive care benefit, should be 60 minutes well spent. I think both sessions are more than 1/4 full already - and the invites haven't been sent out yet. You can register early if you want by visiting the doctalk.lumenos.com site.
Any ideas for future topics?
