    Electronic EOB

Your bank does it, so do the credit card companies, why not your health plan provider?  I am talking about Electronic EOB (Explanation of Benefits).  Well, bank and credit card companies doesn't provide EOB but they do give you option to go paperless on the monthly statements.

Soon you will be able to view your EOB (that you receive by mail) electronically; and if you wish you can opt-out from receiving paper EOB by mail.  The great thing about electronic EOB is that, you can view, print and save at your convenience, thus reducing paper clutter and also you will have a digital record of the EOB in your computer.

    Re: Electronic EOB

We've heard from SO many consumers about this issue.  I am excited to see it being worked on.  We've done the designs and are writing up the requirements.  We don't have a time estimate on when it will be functional yet, but we will keep everyone posted as things progress.

And thanks to all the consumers who have contacted us about wanting paperless EOBs - we hear you!

I found this beneficial, I actually was showing this to other people and showing how I can research and print my EOB's and telling how I really like lumenos and this is an added perk.
