Hello! I just found this discussion board, and I had to reply. I must assume, Mrs. Jones, that you may be referring to j*zzercise.
I was a j*zzercise student for 4 years before I became an instructor, which I've been for two years now. It is the only exercise program that I've ever stuck with. I can't say enough good things about it.
I've also added more strength training and dance outside of jazz**cise because of the changes I've seen in my body, stamina, and mental health. Generally, I have a much more active lifestyle than I've ever had because I have been able to stick with this program.
