Yes, try removing salt from your diet as much as possible. You would be shocked at the foods that carry large amounts
of sodium. Also, cut back on red meat,sodas,soy sauce,tv dinners. Just try to see if you can tell the difference.

Thank you for your suggestions. I never add salt to my food, but I have not been religious about checking the contents of salt when grocery shopping. Thanks again.
