Both provide the needed Omega-3 that most people don’t get enough of but I was wondering if anyone who has been taking Fish Oil for some time now can tell me what they think about it. I started taking Fish Oil because of the benefits it has for the skin and hair in addition to the Omega-3. I’ve read a lot of material where people claim that they have great skin and hair from taking Fish Oil. I’ve only been on it for two weeks now which isn’t enough to make a difference I would think. I take 1000mg three times a day as the bottle recommends.
