    Kashi Go Lean Crunch

I recently bought this cereal and really like it. I have been really hungry lately, not sure if it is stress or just that I'm being more active. Anyway, this cereal is good in the morning or as a snack at night. The honey almond flax has 8 grams of fiber and 9 grams of protein. Hope everyone is getting outside and walking!

I am also a fan of the Kashi products.  I really like their cereal that are similar to the Cheerios cereal.....but they are darker in color.  Also their granola bars are really good.  Try their cherry dark chocolate....yummy!

I agree, this is currently my favorite cereal. Love it with a cut-up banana or blueberries.

I've been comparing labels for breakfast foods, and this one tops the list for cold cereals.  It's higher in protein and fiber than many other "healthy" cereals, AND lower in sugar and calories.  If you aren't an oatmeal fan, this is a good replacement. Also great for a snack during the day.

You really have to compare the labels, even on foods that say "healthy" or "whole grain" - doesn't mean they aren't packed with sugars (high fructose corn syrup, the four letter word!) Go Kashi !

Join the club! I'm a huge 'Kashi' fan. I particularly like their TLC (Tasty Little Chewies) kashi bars. I usually by an entire box at Costco and eat it as a snack or for breakfast....completely guilt-free!

I too like this cereal but do not tolerate the high amount of fiber.  so I switched to their Cinamon Harvest - lightly sweatened wheat & cinamon cereal, it is equally good very satisfying and filling!  I love to snack on it too, but I still need to be carefull not to over do it with the fiber :)...  even with all the water I drink.

Also, try their Heart to Heart cereal.  It's really good -- sometimes I put it on top of frozen yogurt or low-fat ice cream.  But it's good for breakfast too :)

It took me a little while to get used to the "kashi" taste but now that I started, I can't stop!  I've had both the "cheerios"-like and the "flake"-type with clusters cereal.  I also bought the Go Lean Protein bars.  There's a layer of chocolate & either peanut, caramel, or almond.  So far so good!
